I can't recommend enough paying a visit to Kevin Hague's site

A successful entrepreneur Kevin (@kevverage) takes a highly detailed and analytical view of the case for Scottish independence and there are few people outside of the Scottish Government who know the GERS methodology as well as him.

He also has a regular column in the Daily Record.

Or Fraser Whyte's blog.

Fraser (@fraserwhyte81) (like me a bit of a numbers monkey) and has a great grounding in statistical analysis.

However Fraser also delves deep into particular issues and nationalist myths (such as VAT on Police Scotland) and has a great command of detail. You can even forgive him for being a Liberal Democrat!

The Scotland in Union website is useful for a number of detailed research papers and practical campaigns to help support the Union.

I've previously been associated with the group and help out when I can. They are an all party group and welcome everyone including those of us (like me) who tend to vote SNP.
